What does she do?

In the United Nations, the Secretary-General (SecGen for short) is the head of the United Nations Secretariat and the Chief Administrative Officer of the UN. Article 98 of the United Nations Charter states that the Secretary-General shall act as the UN Secretariat "in all meetings of the General Assembly, of the Security Council, of the Economic and Social Council and the Trusteeship Council, and shall perform other functions as are entrusted to him by these organs." Uma is in charge of organizing the BAMUN with the help of her Deputy Secretary Generals, the Heads of Press, and the Heads of Admin. In opposition to article 98, Uma only oversees the General Assembly, which takes place on the second day of BAMUN.
